MARSHALL Whisky, of BOURBON designation, is the result of an excellent combination of the most notable American experiences in the production of Bourbon Whisky. Like all whiskies of its kind, it is characterized by its strong personality, sweet and fruity aromas and unusual ageing process in new, thoroughly charred oak barrels.
Its greatest distinguishing feature is the selection process of raw materials, such as the malted barley, or
grains such as rye, wheat and corn, which make up-more than 30% of the total weight of all grains used.
The fermentation and distillation processes, along with the unusual ageing method in completely new
American white oak barrels –whose interiors have been toasted to a depth of 3-5mm during the
cooperage process–, convert this product into a work of art as far as the preparation of this spirit drink is
Through this preparation process the appearance, aroma, taste and after-taste take on exclusive
characteristics which identify and distinguish this whisky from others of its kind.

Launched in 2016, Jim Beam Double Oak is first aged in charred American white oak barrels, then poured into another freshly charred barrel to mature for a second time. The added interaction with the oak wood results in a liquid intense in flavour, smooth in taste.
